The world class auto manufacturer Ford in India has launched its new sedan Fiesta into Indian Market which hopes of striking it big in the Indian Market. It was inaugurated by Mr Bill Ford Jr(Global Chairman and CEO) with its best preparation for the launch. Fiesta is much tailor made and engineered for the Indian roads.
The new sedan follows Ikon, Mondeo, Endeavor and Fusion which didn’t have much market in India. The project was undertaken by engineers from many parts of the globe like India, UK, Germany and Australia. Its featured rich with the exterior looks and quite impressive with the colour variants.
The Fiesta looks like a blend of Ikon and Mondeo. The front part of it looks like a far more expensive car. The car has been thoroughly worked out from tip to toe and also on all the cons of Ikon. The driver seat can be adjusted with height wise which would be unique feature in its class which could have a feel of a roadside hand pump.
The boot space in the front is quite impressive wherein a 6 feet person can stretch in comfort, the rear would is quite liberated. Additionally the entry and exit is more comfortable in the front compared when an adult enters and exit at the rear. The AC chills up the car into comfort levels in 20 seconds. The cabin noise has considerably reduced compared to the cars in its range.
The engine comes in with a TDCi which is being introduced or any model for the first time in India. Ford’s patented Dura Technology which offers advanced combustion technology was used in the car make. The Duratorq 1.4 TDCi engine weighs only 98kgs surprisingly. On the other hand the 1.4 CRDi is the most drivable in class variable on the Indian roads. The Indian consumers has already gone Fida with it.
