Chocolates May Disturb Your Sleep

Are you fond of Chocolates? Be aware that you may have less sleep in the night. Chocolates contain caffeine a stimulant in varying amounts depending on the variety.

Dark chocolates contain up to 30 mg in a bar of chocolate equivalent to a cup of instant tea. Besides caffeine chocolates also contain Theo bromine which increases the heart rate and reduce the sleep. Therefore avoid chocolates in fact Coffee and Tea also before going to bed.

Contrary Theo bromine is not present in white chocolates and has only little quantity of caffeine.

Therefore say to say avoid eating chocolates specially the dark ones before going to bed or else you may have to spend sleepless.
