Blood pressure has a close link with memory loss

It is reported that there is a strong link between memory loss and high blood pressure.

A study has been made on persons having high blood pressure and normal blood pressure. It is found that in persons having normal blood pressure the memory is sharper than in the group of persons having high blood pressure. Moreover the blood flow to the brain is also normal in the persons with normal blood pressure.

Therefore maintaining a normal blood pressure helps in preventing memory loss. Remember to check blood pressure if you get a short memory loss.
