Desi Tips For a Healthy and Beautiful Skin

To make the Skin stay heathier, glow and to look beautiful, the following tips can be followed :

  • For the skin to look fresh, there is no need to use creams, lotions etc! It is better to drink atleast 2 litres of water in a day. The water can  be taken in the form of juices also.
  • The consumption of tea and coffee reduces the water level in the body. So if one cup of coffee is taken to minimise its effect, an additional one glass of water is to be taken.
  • Cleansing milk can be used to remove the dead cells on the skin. Cleansing milk can be prepared at home by soaking almonds in water and then making it as a paste. And finally adding it to milk to use it as a cleansing agent.
  • The pastes of fruits which are obtained in that respective season can be used to apply as face mask. The paste can also be applied to hands and neck so that it moisturises the skin.
  • If the skin is dry, then a  suitable moisturiser has to be used. Sun screen lotions should be applied to prevent tanning of skin due to sun rays. In addition to all  the above, 8 hours of sleep in a day is compulsory.
