Accidental blast in Moulali, Hyderabad

Tragedy struck in the SM Labs, a Chemical factory in Moulali, Hyderabad on Monday night at around 9:15 following a major blast triggered by two reactors. The blast was so big that the earth was shaken in the vicinity and the sound was heard till 4 kilometers away.  There are contradictory reports about the deaths caused by this accident. While the preliminary report is that 4 might have died, the latest that is coming out is that there are no deaths at all, four have been injured with one of them being critical. There was also a preliminary report that about 30 people have been trapped in the fire which looks unclear. All the victims are under going treatment in Gandhi hospital. The fires raging from the blast have been brought under control by the fire engines. The blast in SM Labs has also caused the fires to spread to the adjacent Coca-Cola factory according to TV reports. Apparently the SM Labs was seized in 2002 and whatever was happening since then was done illegally in the factory.
