Boycott on Sakshi TV!

The Mahakutami (Grand Alliance) consisting of Telugu Desam Pary (TDP), Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), CPM and CPI has decided to boycott the newly launched Sakshi TV. The leaders of this parties will not be giving any more exclusive sound bytes to this new 24×7 telugu news channel which is run by the Chief Minister Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy’s son Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The Mahakutami leaders will also not take part in any of the debates aired by the Sakshi TV. Senior leaders like U.Venkateswarlu, B.V. Raghavulu and upcoming TDP leader R.Revanth Reddy have already talked exclusively for the channel without knowing about the alliance decision.

The opposition leaders led by former Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu have been alleging that the Sakshi Newspaper and the Saakshi TV Channel have been funded illegally.
