Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) President Chiranjeevi said that he will restore the Assembly’s ‘lost’ dignity if voted to power. Chiranjeevi has been severely criticizing both the Cheif Minister Dr.Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy and the main opposition leader Narra Chandrababu Naidu of poor behaviour in the Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly.
Yesterday during a road show in Kollapur (in Mahbubnagar district), Chiru criticized that the assembly was being used for settling personal scores instead of dedicating any time on the real problems faced by the people. The highlight of the recently concluded assembly sessions was Chandrababu Naidu and Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy arguing about their respecting sons – Nara Lokesh and Y.S.Jagan in connection with the Satyam Scandal. Well Chiranjeevi is yet to put his foot in the Assembly as it was only recently that he had joined politics and had formed the PRP.
