Former Prime Minister Deve Gowda Announces Third Front

Former Prime Minister H.D.Deve Gowda today announced the formation of a Third Front as an alternative to the Congress led UPA and the BJP led NDA. The Third Front according to the Janata Dal (S) President will consist of eight parties as of now. The third front is all set to kick off on March 12th with a rally in Tumkur in Karnataka state.

The eight parties that are confirmed to be a part of this Third Front are CPI, CPM, Forward Bloc, RPI (Republican Party of India), TDP (Telugu Desam Party), TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi), AIADMK (All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) and JDS (Janata Dal -S).
