India’s Chetan Anand Crashes Out of Yonex German Open

Chetan Anand with a tournament seeding of no.2 was India’s main hope at the ongoing Yonex German Open but not any more as he has lost his 3rd round match yesterday. The 28-year-old Indian shuttler lost to China’s Weijie Gong 21-19, 19-21, 12-21. This match between Chetan Anand and Weijie Gong lasted 53 minutes.  This year’s German Open (Badminton) is taking place at Mülheim an der Ruhr in Germany. Chetan Anand had won the Spanish Open, Nepal Open last year and is an Arjuna Award recipient .
