Video Review of Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Rockstar’

Rockstar starring Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri is directed by Imtiaz Ali. The music is composed by the Oscar Awardee AR Rahman. The highlight of this musical film is the screen presence of  the late Shammi Kapoor in the role of Ustad Jameel Khan.

The film was released yesterday. The film was made with a budget of 60 crores.

The heroine of the film is the 32-year-old Nargis Fakhri who is an American Fashion model and actress. Rockstar is her first film in Bollywood in which she plays the role by the name ‘Heer’. Interestingly, Nargis Fakhri is a half Pakistani- half-Czech.

Telugu Movie Artistes Association (MAA) bans Genelia!

Genelia was banned by the Movie Artistes Association for not taking its membership. She was reminded to take the membership many times but she did not care to hear that and finally MAA took serious action on her. To obtain a life time membership she need to pay an amount of one lakh rupees to MAA.

Eventhough she has been in Tollywood for eight years, she didn’t bother to take MAA membership. So MAA issued notice to all the producers to not to support Genelia further. Presently Genelia is acting in ‘Naa Ishtam’ and she does not have any other offers. She is almost to end her career and she would not bother about this much as she is very busy in Bollywood at present.

Trisha to marry in 2012

Trisha is busy with the Vishal starring Tamil film ’Samaran’. She also has two projects in Telugu with heroes Venkatesh and Jr. NTR. She is planning t get married by 2012.

Siddharth’s film ‘Oh My Friend’ releasing today

‘Oh My Friend’ starring Siddharth, Shruthi Haasan, Navdeep and Hansika is in theatres today. The film has completed the censor formalities by November 8th and it got clean U certificate.

Jeeva or Simbu in Myshkin’s ‘Mugamoodi’???

Sneha, the homely traditional girl of the Telugu film industry is going to marry Tamil hero Prasanna very soon. Sneha whose original name is Suhasini Rajaram Naidu is the ‘smile queen’ of the South Cinema.

The engagement of Sneha and Prasanna is going to be held soon in the coming days. Sneha was born on 12th October, 1981 and is now 30 year old while her would be Prasanna is just 29 years old! Prasanna paired up on reel with Sneha in 2009 Tamil movie ’Achchamundu! Achchamundu!’.

Hanta virus infection detected in Andhra Pradesh

Recently it is reported that Hanta virus infection is detected in Andhra Pradesh, India and three persons were infected. The cases were recorded at Hyderabad, Karimnagar and Nellore districts. Hanta virus is a deadly virus and spreads through the urine and droppings of rodents (Rats, Mice, Squirrels).Infected animal’s droppings, saliva and urine contains the virus and humans will be infected by inhaling the virus or from the bites. There is no evidence that it can spread from person to person.

Hanta virus is a deadly virus produces severe infection of lungs and kidneys causing serious complications. About 30-40% infected people succumb to the disease if not treated promptly.
