The raids started as early as 6 AM while YS Jagan, the founder of the YSR Congress Party was away in his Odarpu Yatra to console people even after nearly two years after his father’s death. The CBI has spread its raids in his establishments based in other cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Vizag and other places. In total 180 locations related to YS Jagan are under the CBI raids as of now.

At the time of the raids which are still going on, Jagan’s wife Bharati, his mother YS Vijayamma, brother-in-law Bro. Anil Kumar and MLA Shobha Nagi Reddy are present in the palatial house which is alleged to have as many as 70 rooms! Its an irony that YS Jagan is not there and is instead on a a statue unveiling schedule of his late father Dr. YS Rajasekara Reddy.

The CBI is also conducting raids in the houses of various investors in Jagan Group of Companies like Nimmagada (Matrix Labs)Prasad, Hetero Drugs and many other people and businesses. There is already a FIR hanging on YS Jagan’s head which names his as the prime culprit in the EMAAR properties irregularities.

The Congress for the second time was in a position to form the Government on its own, this time its tally did fall down to 158 from the 2004 figure of 185. YSR could well be ruling the state for a total of 10 years which could beat Chandrababu’s rule of 9 years prior to that. The TDP came second with 95 seats, clearly doubling its numbers from 2004 but just not enough numbers to come back in power.

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) was reduced to a meagre 10 seats this time and in a way perhaps putting doubts about the formation of the Telangana State.

The Congress got past the magic figure of 148 but had to face embarassment of quite a few Ministers and also Speaker KR Suresh Reddy losing the elections! The State Congress No.2 D.Srinivas also was embarassed in his Nizamabad (Urban) constituency. The Elections saw the maiden entry of Chiranjeevi into the Assembly, the PRP founder won from Tirupati but had to face defeat in Palacole!

NTR Jr. has been attracting huge crowds for his road shows and has been getting good response for his simplistic yet effective speeches among the masses. The young hero said that for nine years, the State was driven like a bus in the right direction by N Chandrababu Naidu but for the last five years, the bus (State) has been driven in the wrong direction by the Congress led by Chief Minister Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy. NTR Jr. also lashed out at Chiranjeevi by projecting him as a new driver who has entered the ‘bu’s and asking the passengers (people of the State) to give him a chance to drive. According to NTR, the ‘new driver’ (referrring to Chiranjeevi) is over-confident and is absolutely inexperienced.

Continuing with his attack on Chiranjeevi, who has been the senior hero of the Telugu industry for decades, NTR said that the so called ‘Samajika Nyayam’ (Social Justice) promised by Chiru’s Prajarajyam was long back ensured by the TDP which has always been working towards the welfare of the backward classes. There are reports that NTR Jr. has proved to have turned out into a Trump Card for the TDP just on time for next month’s elections in the State.

Wow, what do  you people make up of both these messages, I mean the content of them not about me receiving them…Well these SMSes are hitting the Cell Phones of millions in Andhra Pradesh which will see Assembly Elections along with Lok Sabha Polls next month.

Here is my take on it, if you remove the sender’s name and analyse, then the first message look fair enough, no issues there. The second message has a definite tinge of greediness, luring the reciepent of something in return of a favour isn’t it? Aah if the second message is tailor made for the educated youth then what could be the message be for the uneducated backward people – will it be Don’t have money to drink? Don’t worry we will give you the bottles, just vote for us. Well that’s my opinion, would like to hear yours.

The company started in 2006 initially started a project in Nizampet in about 30 acres land which was a huge flop. With the initial investment they were able to drag until 2007 but later the maintenance especially the salary heads became a headache to Mr Ramalinga Raju, that was the reason being withdrawing his share from 8% to 3%.Apart from that the major head was transferring bags of money to Jagan’s account, finally he gave up and got surrendered to CBI.
